이 논문은 2027년에 발사예정인 정지궤도 공공복합통신위성(GK-3 위성)에 탑재되어 위성항법보정(SBAS) 탑재체가 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 부속서 10에서 정의하고 있는 권고사항을 준수해 개발되고 있음을 보였다. 이 를 위해 SBAS 탑재체 개발과 관련하여 ICAO 부속서 10에서 제시하고 있는 권고사항이 무엇인지를 식별함은 물론 식별된 파라미터 중 일부 파라미터에 대한 입증결과를 제시하였다.

Study on Verification of ICAO Recommendations for SBAS Payload of GK-3 Satellite

This paper identifies the recommendation parameter defined in Annex 10 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and presents the items required for verification for each identified parameter. It was demonstrated that the satellite navigation augmentation and correction (SBAS) payload mounted on the geostationary public complex communications satellite (GK-3 satellite) under development complies with the recommendations presented in ICAO Annex 10.
