An anti-jamming enhanced GNSS receiver with beamforming capability improves the satellite signal power and suppresses the jamming signal (Kaplan & Hegarty 2006). However, it is difficult to configure the test environment for anti-jamming performance evaluation because it is performed in an anechoic chamber where the mimic jamming radio signal does not affect the outside. In this paper, we proposed the phase shift device for performance testing of a beamforming GNSS receiver without an anechoic chamber. This device can adjust the phase of four input signals and generate up to eight output signals. The phase control function of it was verified using a network analyzer and the beamforming performance was evaluated with a GNSS simulator and an anti-jamming receiver based on array antenna.
