한국형 위성항법시스템(Korean Positioning System, KPS)은 국가 주도의 정밀 위치∙항법∙시각(PNT) 서비스 제공을 목표로 개발 중인 독자 위성항법체계로, 한반도 및 인접 지역을 중심으로 고신뢰∙고정밀 서비 스를 제공하기 위해 설계되었다. KPS 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 체계관리(system management)는 체계개발 계획을 수립하고 그에 따라 평가 및 통제, 위험관리, 형상관리, 품질관리, 접속관리를 수행 하는 것 을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 KPS 개발 간 적용되어야 할 체계관리 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

A Proposal of Korean Positioning System (KPS) System Management Methodology

The Korean Positioning System (KPS) is a national satellite navigation initiative designed to provide high-precision positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services tailored to the Korea Peninsula and surrounding regions. For developing KPS Program, System management refers to the process of establishing a system development plan and, in accordance with it, performing evaluation and control, risk management, configuration management, quality management, and interface management. This study proposes a system management approach to be applied during the development of the Korean Positioning System.
