Byung-Moon Kwon*, Yong-Sul Shin, Ji-Hyeon Moon, Byeong-Joo Min

The GNSS receiver on the upper-stage of KSLV(Korea Space Launch Vehicle)-II is to calculate navigation data in real-time and to provide time-synchronization signals to the telemetry system of each stage. The GNSS receiver is designed to use the multiple GNSS signals including GPS, GLONASS and Galileo which are received from four antennas located at the skin of the vehicle to keep sufficient visibility regardless of the flight trajectory or attitude. Design results of the GNSS receiver system for KSLV-II in accordance with top requirements of the system and its test evaluation plans are described in this paper.
