Performance Analysis of Signal Generation Algorithm on User Segment for Mitigating of GPS Signal Interference

This paper presents concept for generating the GPS signal to mitigate the GPS interference and its simulation results. We used GLONASS signal for generating GPS signal as clock source and the generated GPS signal was fed into user timing receiver to provide ceaseless timing service during GPS interference situation like jamming and spoofing. To generate the GPS L1 signal as a real time, the ephemeris information of visual GPS satellite which are saved during normal operation and the GLONASS timing information are used. After receiving the GLONASS timing information, time offset GPS time and GLONASS time was calculated previously by using offset processing algorithm. This paper presents the concept diagram and principle of GPS L1 signal interference the receiver unit. The test results confirm that GPS L1 signal interference can mitigate by using GPS signal generated by GLONASS information.
