A fundamental part of GNSS based land transportation infrastructure network is the receiving station. In general, the receiving station system architecture should take into account various important points relating to requirements for site location, hardware/software of system, satellite navigation /weather/image data archiving and checking, continuity of operation, etc. This paper discussed some of the issues which should be considered to realize such a system architecture.
